Our conference will take place at the end of May. Then St. Petersburg looks amazingly, and many tourists seek to visit the city. Therefore we recommend you to reserve the places in the hotels as soon as possible. We suggest you a list of hotels, mini-hotels and hostels, which are known as inexpensive and well-disposed. We collaborate with several firms, which help us to provide our guests with hotel accommodation, and render some attendant services as well: visa support, registration, transport service, etc.
We place here the information about the hotels and the contact information of the firms, which have to be applied for booking and the other problems resolution.
Sending your message, specify, please, you name and surname, dates of arrival and departure, title of a hotel and type of a room to be reserved.
In case no one hotel from the list below seems you adequate, please, ask the firm to find something satisfying your requirements. Booking service is free of charge.
Mark, please, your message with the subject title “CONFERENCE”. Some hotels extend a discount to the participants of our conference.
Registration and visa support (for foreign participants)
In case you stay in a hotel, registration is obligatory. The cost of it is about 100 or 200 rubles, depending on the firm which render you this service. You can also take a visa support (invitation) through the firms. Ask the contact persons about the prices and all the other necessary information.

Visa and Master Card are accepted.
Accommodation free of charge
If you do not have funds to cover your expenses for a hotel room, or for any other place to stay for the days of the conference, send, please, a message to the address russianfield.info@gmail.com with a title “ACCOMMODATION_FREE_OF_CHARGE”. We will try to find a place for you as for a guest among our colleagues and friends. Our possibilities of searching the accommodation free of charge are restricted.
